Problem still going on.

I have a lot of problems from Medihelp. I had a few urgent matters to attend and had to skip my monthly payments a few times. I have arranged with them how payments would be made and according to me all arrears is up to date. I have paid my debt to them. I still get suspended for arrears and my account with them are so confused no one knows how much i owe.<br> I wish I could get a better medical aid as i already pay a huge amount To Medihelp. <br> My advise, If you going to be in arrears with them for good reason obvious do not use them. My problems with them with this situation just doesn't stop.<br> Medihelp please resolve this, otherwise I am going to the ombudsman for help with all my e-mails and proof of payments.
