PPN pathetic service
Claim short paid: Jomar Plaatjies Medihelp-*** I have sent a claim through for R2612 and only R1860 was paid. Why? Since the claim amounts formed part of the benefits due? I have already paid my patient portions. Please process the short amount and pay asap!
Since i can not get hold of PPN due to them using the Covid pandemic as an excuse to render pathetic service i tried getting assistance through Medihelp and that’s been worse. Therefore i am forced to make my complaints known publicly.
Service providers are so quick to take subscriptions but pathetic with claim payouts.
