POOR SERVICE - UNHAPPY MEMBER

Paying monthly contribution. Referred to specialist by my GP. Specialist did a scan and found 2 grows inside my uterus that needs to be removed urgently. Did pre hospital authorization......and they denied it (NOT A BIG SUPRISE IF I READ ON HELLOPETER HOW ALL GET REFUSED !!!!).....now my case are under investigation as I did not declare all information on my application.. How do you declare illness if you do not know about it.. Do the medical aid think that I have a glass ball that I can see the into the future???? Or do they think I just woke up in the morning and decide to have the gowns and want to go to hospital just for the fun of it?? Got a very nice surprise from them as well today informing me that membership can be cancelled and treatment refuse.. So it looks like the medical aid will radar let you get cancer then assist in treating you.. How do medical aids survive these day if they forget to look after they members with respect and dignity? I guess they don't care about it. Only about not approving your hospitalization so that they can save cost. PS. I were with Medihelp on another plan. cancelled it but decided to take out a new plan 2 months later when my financial situation improved.. On that application all my details was there and the sales consultant that assist me said that he will pull all details from my previous membership into the new membership....HAHAHAHA... Guest what...yes you are right he did not... I think one star is to must to give to them.. No service...
