Poor service from medi help

Good day<br> <br> Firstly i would like to sat that i am really dissapointed with the service from medi help. When you join you receive the best service, but once you are a member the service is really pathetic!!!<br> I pay my medical aid via eft and on time every month, but every month its the same story of my medical aid being suspended. Now this month we we supensed from the 12'th of March even after our member ship fees was paid, i queried this with Medi help and had no response / very poor response with no real assistance, then on the 24'th i receive a letter stating we have been removed off medi help. There was one month where we could not pay the membership fees and an arrangement was made and not one payment was missed since the arrangement and proof of payments has been sent. <br> Now i want to have answers as to why medi help stopped our membership and a full explanation, but now i hear nothing. <br> Due to the poor service i want the medicat aid to be cancelled with imidate effect and i want a refund on my membership paid for the month of March as i was suspended even after i paid and could not make use of the medical aid and i want to know the total balance owing on t he arrangement.
