Poor service for new membership from Medihelp New Business

I app**** for membership on 28 May 2019, and I am still waiting for the outcome of my application, now almost more than 3 months later. If sending an email to Medihelp, it takes forever to get a reply back from New Business. There have been emails to and from Medihelp, everytime they request another document/info, I send the document/info, and then it takes forever to get feedback out of them, just to hear that it is with the medical advisor to finalize underwriting. Then another week or 2 later, they request something else, and so it goes on. I have been without medical aid, and really wanted to be a medihelp member, but I suppose that it is time to look at another Medical Aid with better service.
