poor service
My doctor's office called in for a pre authorisation for hospital admission due to me not being able to walk and being unfit for work.It has been 3 days and despite the Doctor himself speaking to Medihelp,advising that I'm in severe pain and its an emergency case-the matter is still under investigation.We pay huge amounts toward medical aid but when in need of this aid,it is not available.I wonder how many people end up losing their lives due to the lack of aid and poor service levels from medical aid schemes.It is abundantly clear that in this industry,there is no care or concern for the customer.

Authorization is subject to investigation for possible pre-existing conditions.
