Poor service

I have app**** for medical aid through my employer and medihelp still have not finalized my application.its been weeks since my application,I was requested to submit the medical questionnaire which 8 did last week and still nothing.i have already cancelled my discovery medical aid effective 1 January, if this is not sorted out it means that I will not be covered under any medical aid come January

I understand medihelp is 8 weeks behind in terms of application but I need this processed asap.
