POOR MEDICAL AID
Hi,
I am very unhappy. You get authorization to do a procedure in the hospital. The hospital doesn't admit you without a COVID 19 test. By adhering to National Laws the test was done, Then Medihelp refuses to pay for it as a hospital expense and pays it out of your savings, and even more if the savings is depleted you are liable for the cost of the test!! NOT HAPPY!!!
