Poor information structures
Did you know that if you intended joining medihelp and want to find out about there cover and exclusions they can only help you if have a medical quote with icd 10 codes and practices number they cannot advise with out this so....
There protocols are so lausy consultants cannot confirm or deny anything ....
So much for efficiency
