Poor and misleading

Earlier this year I was admitted because of diverticulitis whereby the one doctor gave me liquids to drink and the dietician brought me some every day and I was told it is part of in hospital care yet when I Ieft the hospital ( Netcare Mulbarton ) said Medihelp does not cover it as part of in hospital care and handed me over to the credit burau. Both told me I should know better and it is not their problem. Now I have a bad credit and I think they were both misleading as the staff there should have known better to check if what they are giving me is actually part of me medical aid.
