poor after service
<p>5 months later and accounts still not settled. Miss mangement of funds. lack of cominnication.</p> <p>Quick to give "advise" but not quick to help sort out accounts. Recieved lawer leters now and the reponse is always the same.. sorry for the inconvience caused.</p>

As telephonically explained, the claims for dental services was not yet paid as the available funds in your medical savings account was allocated for the hospital co-payment, which was already paid by yourself. Medihelp is busy correcting the payment of the dental account from the available funds in your savings account. Detail of the transaction will be reflected on a future summarised statement.
The dentist was also contacted in this regard.
A consultant will contact you again as soon as the transaction has been finalised.
