PMB DECLINE NO VALID REASON
medihelp has sent my grandmother for vigorous costly test to prove a condition her physician diagnosed. Compression of the spin L4 L5 ETC. However they keep declining pmb coverage the CMS PUBLICATION clearly stipulates coverage for spinal compression is compulsory and not specific regions are included in the script. I do not know what is the matter with the scheme is it the use of in correct codes or what. BUT THIS MATTER WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE DECLINE REASON. DO NOT MIX THIS PROFILE WITH THE WRONG PATIENT
