PMB Consultation paid from incorrect Benefits
My PMB GP consultation was paid incorrectly from Benefit Option #3, which is the Benefits for 4 x GP Consultations for Member + p/a, this is a PMB consultation. Re-processed the claim accordingly and reimburse from Correct Benefit Option.
