PMB claim paid from MSA, reversal must be donei
I complained about my consultation being paid from my Savings. Instead of doing a reversa to the Savings account and pay the claim from benefit option 1, I received an sms to confirm that Medihelp is reimbursing into my bank account. I don't want reimbur*****t, but reversal of claims back to my MSA. What is happening to your claims dept.?
