Please have mercy and understanding?

I understand that the Board of Medical Aids has all agreed to not giving any clients a premium holiday because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but I am not working, not since April 2020.

My employer has closed until is allowed to re-open, but there is no income and no one is working.

I have app**** twice for a premium holiday, as I cannot afford the premiums any more. No one seems to care regarding my application... therefore I am on my knees begging Medihelp that I can either go on the premium holiday or if the penalties can be dropped because I cannot afford it.

I'll even resend all the documents, statements and such.

I beg for mercy as I still have three children to clothe and feed... please help me?
