Pathetic Service from Medihelp!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any financial institution. From the first day we wanted to claim in about February to now approximately 3 months later not 1 single claim has been finalized. I would not in my life refer anyone I care about to this excuse of a company. It has honestly been an unbearable time for me as well as my fiance as we are expecting a baby and currently I'm paying a medical aid and every single hospital and Gynecologist fee. You can just as well forget my business as I cannot afford to be with any company that takes 3 months to settle a claim.
