Pathetic service
Such a pathetic medical aid my grandmother was admitted at hospital for her sodium levels being low She had a post hip Fracture that was not going to be operated and we were fine with it
She got admitted for her sodium levels being low and all the ICD 10 codes were sended to our surprise they sended my mom an email saying that they are terminated from the medical it shows their lack of reading of their emails and ICD 10 codes that were sended to them and Drs letters such a bad and pathetic service i am very disappointed in medihelp
