Pathetic Service - Do not join Medihelp!!!

My father are with Medihelp for quite some time, last year, he had a brain operation, and was put under temporary disability. He had to see the specialist again in January.<br> The specialist then decided to place him on permanent disability, which means that he's only getting 75% of his monthly income. His employer agreed to pay his medical aid for January 2015, but was cancelled, on the 20th of January, which now means that he needs to get his own medical. So he found a plan on Medihelp, which would be within in his budget and still be able to SURVIVE!! So last week they completed the forms, send it to Medihelp for the cheaper option, and Medihelp didn't even bother replying to them as to what the status of their application are. So when my mother phoned yesterday, they was told that it was refused, because they cant go on a cheaper plan, so NOW my question are, my father went back to see the specialist on the 19th of January 2015 thinking he would go back to work, but instead was put on permanent disability, so Medihelp, how was he suppose to KNOW last year that he would be put on permanent disability to make the change on the medical aid???<br>
