Pathetic service !!!

I am so disappointed by the level of service I am getting from the denis network of medihelp!!! I called your damn call centre 5 freaken times on ***only for the call to be answered I can hear some idiot woman having a fat chat to her buddies there in her vernacular and giving a **** of me the client!!! Is this how you treat your damn customer!!! I called 5times and all 5times I got through to the same person who never bothered to speak on the phone but rather left the headset or damn phone down and was a fat chat I said hello hello like a damn puppet but no response and I can hear her having a fat chat on the background!!! Your service sucks !!! I am so ****ed off I just want to cancel my medical aid!!!
