Pathetic Medihelp
If you get in arrears with your monthly payment, they do not make a suitable arrangement for repayment. They threaten you with cancellation. They give you 30 days. If you are not able to do it within 30 days they cancel your membership and hand you over to the attorneys. I don't know if they are above the law. Nevertheless, this is how they treat long time customers. Be aware, should you encounter a financial problem, this is the route you will follow cancelation and being handed over to a attorney, not making suitable payment arrangements.

11 Dec 2024, 10:12Although I made from my side payments to get the arrears up to date, they still handed me over to the attorneys. After their 1st threat I then informed them to go ahead and cancel, I will bring payment up to date how I can afford. They then continued with the next month's debit order, which I luckily stopped at the bank, as I informed them there is no use in continuing payments if you are canceling my membership. Although I stopped the payment and informed them they can cancel, they now also hold me responsible for another month's payment. Instead of me catching up on one payment, they now handed me over for 2 payments in arrears.
