Pathetic and poor service

I have been with this medical aid since 2017 and i must say they are such a disappointment. Their employees is cold, unkind and extremely self-conscious. It seems that everyone working at medihelp feels they have ownership in the business. They are pathetic with paying bills, they are unreliable with emergency & chronic services and always finds an excuse to not be of assistance.

Please don’t waste your money signing up with them. I am definitely looking into another medical aid. The only thing they are good at is taking your money on time every month, giving members high blood pressure and making them feel worthless.
