Pathetic

My husband has been sent to 18 years in prison. Time and time again I have been trying to tell Medihelp that. I have sent the letter confirming the imprisonment to Medihelp. Then they send me a letter saying that they have not been able to reach him, he has not reacted to their demands etc. HE IS IN PRISON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can he react? I hope medihelp are able to read this. HE IS IN PRISON THAT IS WHY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF HIM. THAT IS WHY HE IS NOT RESPONDING TO YOUR LETTERS. THAT IS WHY HE IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS. HE IS IN PRISON!!!!!!!!!!
