PATHETIC!!!!!!

I have been admitted into hospital. 5 days later and my admission has still not been approved. Its still \under investigation"! I was admitted with an infectious virus. Thus it is not an pre existing condition or a non disclosure. You get the virus from antibiotics. Can someone please do their job and get this approved. I pay R2000 a month for medical aid but had to be admitted into hospital as a private patient and pay R12500 as you need to investigate which usually takes 3 days. I'm on day 5!!!. Its totally unacceptable and disrespectful. How am I supposed to get well if you as my medical aid wont even give me peace if mind! Could this please be looked into asap. I thought Medihelp was a decent medical aid- at this stage all you have given me is grief and extra stress which i do not need! You really need to pull up your socks.
