Part payment of a procedure
I went for an eye operation on the 7th Nov 22. Everything was approved, the procedures and thse hospital. stay. Dr Raakesh's office advised that nothing was I thought it was just an allocation problem. 6 months later only the amount of R3353. 09 was the initial claim was for R8455. 20. Why was I not informed about the shortfall. He is a network specialist... Can someone pleass assist.

I had received a mail advising my account is handed over for collection . Kindly provide me with the proof of payment to that my account was paid in full . I had also my outstanding amount as advised by the doctor
