NOT replying my URGENT emails

I'm waiting for a reply to an email I sent 6 days ago!!! I had to send a follow-up email today. It's PATHETIC, to say the least. I'm probably not going to even get pre-authorized with how great you guys are at replying to emails.

And please don't respond with a generic message: " Thank you for taking time to bring your complaint to our attention. The contents have been noted and we are currently investigating the matter. The complaint will be responded to by one of our consultants."

I just receive emails saying "A consultant will respond to your request as soon as possible". So basically NEVER?
