Not paying account reffered by Docter

I was referred by my GP to undergo tests at Dr. Johann Schutte at Robinson Hospital about a month ago.<br> When I was surprisingly contacted by Dr. Johann Scutte's office saying that I have an account that is in arrears.<br> I did not receive any confirmation from Medihelp to say that they are not paying the account and that they are even paying less than half of what the account is.<br> <br> I have been with Medihelp for almost 5 years now and this is the Thank you I get for being their client.<br> With that said If I have been to the Doctor for about 5 times in that 5 years it would be a lot. <br> I really feel this is bad service and cannot believe this is how they treat their customers.<br> I had to pay this account out of my pocket.
