Not happy with their treatment towards single mom's

Good day, Last year has been an extremely tough year on most people. I am a single mom of 2 teens and no support from their dad whatsoever. I pay my medical aid every month and never asked for Covid relief. I never get a bonus or a increases with salary annually. December I wrote a letter asking them to relook into my installments/payments monthly, as it went up a R1000 and I begged them I could not afford this bringing 2 teens up on my own via email to *** to no avail to date and no telephonic communication either. So as set what they wanted me to pay, the debit order went off and I have had a terrible January - stress and depression is unbearable. Many Thanks!
