Not a very professional company when they don't refund R's as promised in writing
I have been a member for a while & when I resigned from my job I submitted the cancellation form 22Jul19. I was informed on 24Jul19 that the debit order had already been sent to the various banks for 1Aug19 run & if successful the R's will be refunded. Sent a reminder 7Aug19 and again today. It's the 16Aug19 & I truly never thought that Medihelp was so unprofessional & *********.
