Non-existing client service
I cannot access my app. I have sent emails asking for assistance, but I have been waiting for two weeks for an answer. Quick to take your money, but it looks like customer service is very poor. The app is a waste of my time. Maybe I should go to another medical aid that will assist me when I need help.
