NO RESPONSE FROM MEDIHELP

Can someone at Medihelp please answer either my email or my calls. I have been trying for the pass <br> 2 weeks to get a membership certificate from Medihelp, I clearly stated in my mail that I am moving to another supplier and therefore require the certificate, they they provide me with a certificate which does not state my last date of service with them. <br> <br> I have since sent them a cancellation letter an again requested the membership certificate twice last week and all I get back is an automated response. I have tried calling but have been holding on for 15minutes and still nobody attended to my call. All I want is the membership certificate so that i can be signed up to my new medical aid as of the 1st December. I cannot afford to be without cover as I have a small child on my medical aid who is sickly, but I guess this just goes to show that medihelp don't i give a **** about there clients.<br> <br>
