No response
I've been sending emails and phoning them for 2 months regarding arrears and nobody has the decency to get back to me. All I get are auto responses. I've emailed Romila twice and nothing
I've told them my number has changed I've emailed everything they've asked for and then they send me a hand over notice
If nobody gets back to me I refuse to pay
