No Point in having a Medical Aid

The customer service agents are so unhelpful. Trying to get answers from them on multiple queries for months now and the only answer you get is, its in progress. Why are we paying an arm and a leg for something we not getting. I had to pay both my CT scans myself first R1900 and then again R2400 the only thing they paid was R400 towards the first CT scan, and now they even want me to pay for my sinus operation R5500. I don't see why they advertise all the benefits when you can't claim it and there is no way you can try and talk to them, then all you get is we are investigating the account. This has been there answer for more than a month now. USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
