No income - plan change

I have no job at this stage and asked if Medihelp can help me to go on a hospital plan or lesser plan for a month or 2 (dim prim3 R5500 - what I am paying). <br> They just said I should have changed it in the beginning of the \medical year"<br> I did not know I would not have a job.<br> I think this shows its all about the money not the client.
