No help at all from Medihelp

My wife was in a car accident on her way to work. The ambulance transported her to hospital to check on her neck. At the hospital the doctor requests a CT scan. My wife insists on getting authorisation from Medihelp before the scan which she receives. The scan shows no break but torn neck vains and muscle damage. The doctor does not admit her to hospital. Medihelp refuses to pay anything after giving authorisation for the scan. They dont even cover the covid test? We received no help at all from medihelp
