NO DAY HOSPITAL AUTHORISATION! SUFFER BECAUSE OF RULES TOO RIGID!

I tried for 6 months to get Day Hospital Authorisation for ALL ON 2 IMPLANTS FOR SEMI PERMANENT DENTURE FOR MY BOTTOM JAW. The Orthodontist refuse to do this procedure in the chair because of my medical history. Medihelp refuse to give Hospital authorisation because of the rules stating that they only allow children under the age of 7 to extract teeth in hospital under anesthesia. Medihelp demanded motivation from the Orthodontist, the Dentist , the GP, the X RAYS department as well as my medical history with the dentist injection which I am allergic to and go into anaphylactic shock when administered. I sent them the proof of payments for all the accounts from the Orthodontist as well as the dentist accounts already paid by myself. So every other month I had to submit the demands and then after 6 months they declined my request eventually! I am devastated and do not know where to turn to!
