No assistance

Myself and my partner have been with Medihelp for - a year now. each time there is a query about claims(which have never been paid out) bills and most recently doctors we have never been to, the response is so tardy .Claims over 2months, after following up myself and trying to get some clarity on what happens and how long this takes then only a rejection that same day. request for statement a week. and this showing a doctor i have never seen. still no feedback on this. worse, is the fact that this year our savings has been HALVED we need answers fast! ridiculous!
