Never may I ever!!

<p>We joined Medihelp as a perk from my husbands new employer. A few months down the line I am diagnosed with osteo arthritis and need a hip replacement. They refused to pay as we were on the wrong option. Asked if we could change options, told no and that now this is a pre-existing condition so will not be covered for a year. </p> <p>Bonitas accepted us with a three month wait and has agreed to cover the operation.</p> <p>Since we resigned from Medihelp, we have had to pay in to them for accounts that they paid from our savings - none of it makes sense - basically everything they paid we had to pay back not to mention the monthy premiums of over R3000.00 pm. Belonging to Medihelp cost us money and benefitted us absolutely zero.</p> <p>Never will I ever join them again and be sure I will dissuade anyone who ever contemplates using them.</p>
