NEVER JOIN MEDIHELP

So last year hubby and I decided it time to give up Discovery and move to Medihelp. Why o why did I do this. We battled to cancel Discivery in time so well in advance we phone Medihelp to ask them to change the start date. Okay it's done. Next min we get a debit from Medihelp. Okay so now we phone again sent a letter confirmed its never been recorded. Okay so then we have to email. We do this bs then we get debited again no they did not receive the postponement. Now I'm done if thisis the service we get beforehand. Now we have been handed over to attorneys for debt WE DONT OWE. ITS ******* TO BE A MEMBER OF MORE THAN ONE MED AID.
