Never fear when Colette is near!

I have been fighting with GAP cover to pay my claim and every time they don't accept my statements. I was beyond reasoning this morning when I got through to Colette and she made me feel totally at ease and took matters into her own hands and offered to phone my GAP cover herself which is not even her responsibility but she did. Colette, I had just had a panic attack when I called you and you calmed me down and fixed my problem without hesitation. I cannot ever explain to you how grateful I am for your help. I hope you get promoted very soon!!! Thank you so much again for all you did for me.
