I have sent my letter requesting the termination of my membership through to **********

Just as a counter to your decline and counter claim of non disclosure, the attached does prove that there never was a malignant cyst or endrom found with the D&C and that everything was clean at that stage (July 2018) I did not think it would be necessary to include that because the test result came back clear.

I did indeed go and see Dr Van Der Westhuizen because of excessive bleeding but I went to see Dr Hennie Nel because of pain and NO MONTHLIES at that stage. I did call Medihelp to ask if I needed a referral from previous Gynae or approval to do such. You said no, I can see the Gynae on my own discretion.

It was only then discovered that I have a cyst on ovaries or uterus as I believe and that it is possibly malignant and will spread if not treated / removed. The receptionist at Dr Nel gave the incorrect ICD10 Code to begin with. The two instance regarding the D&C and Cyst now remain two different issues. Condition Specific as you say.

I would never have moved medical aids (From Genesis to you) if I knew I had a cyst, Obviously I would have disclosed information like this IF I knew about it. I could possible loose my life if it spreads. I have had ongoing medical aid since 2017. Never in a million years did I expect this to happen.

Anyhow, I have reapp**** for medical aid elsewhere. I will be reporting this case to the medical onbitsman as the Cyst and non disclosure of irregular monthlies and D& C with nothing found, don't connect well according to me. Perhaps they could shed some light for me.
