MEDIHELP NOT TO BE TRUSTED. *****ulent Banking details

<div>We were asked to pay our an amount into the Medihelp banking account. The details were provided via email. We were also in telephonic communication.

We proceeded with payment and proof of payment was forwarded.

Now the state that their email was "****fed" or intercepted, the banking details were altered and that we paid into a *****ulent account.

I don't think we are the only clients affected.

So we lost R6000 and the refuse to assume liability and shift it over to us.

We would expect these companies to have cyber security in place but unfortunately they do not apparently.

Please advise on what can be done. We have tried to speak to to them with no success. Their service is putrid. They cannot be trusted.

We tried to contact the person whom we were dealing with - A Eramus but each time we call she is never available.</div>
