NECK PROBLEM
I have been trying for 2 days to get urgent authorization to be admitted in hospital as my arms goes lame. JD from Medihelp was extremely rude and says he has to protect Medihelp. To date I have still NOT received the authorization this is very unprofessional and I need your help.
