My health and my baby's health in GREAT danger

This pathetic medical aid - issues EVERY month! So I get an authorisation letter saying that I have been granted the chronic medication I require for the duration of my pregnancy. They send me to some useless, pathetic bunch of guys Faranani Health Risk Management. Medihelp advises I can only get my injections from this place. These guys took a whole 2 weeks to tell me that Clexane is not on their formulary.... (Whatever that is anyway) When Medihelp sent me a letter, none of this was explained, Faranani didn't explain either! This is pathetic guys. I am pregnant and both my baby and I are in great danger if I don't take my injections everyday! I am out of injections now and no one can direct me! Get it right Medihelp, is your main aim to ***** over your members! Before joining this medical aid I asked the broker stax of questions and all seemed ok, but seems Medihelp has pages of underlying T's & C's! Pathetic! Fix this problem, my baby and I are in GREAT danger at the moment!
