On the 02 of October LAST YEAR my son who has a pmb condition went for a check up. They did not pay the Dr in full. From last year I have called multiple times. I am either put on hold till my airtime runs out or on the 4 times that I did manage to speak to someone, they said my \ issue would be resolved in 7 working days"each time they have never gotten back to me. I have a even completed a complaint form on their website but I never hear from them. I am fed up from today I will be lodging complaints with every site I can find. I have in the past recommended a lot of people to you but from now I will be dissuading them. When on i was on a higher plan I was treated quickly but since I have dropped to a lower plan I feel as if I'm not important anymore.
