MSA hold by Medihelp (on-going)
Dear Medihelp,
I contacted you in the last 4 months endlessly to hear when my MSA is going to be paid out.
Last month it was said in end of April.
Now contacting you again, it is end of MAY (..... it is ongoing)
Why are you holding onto my MSA (I havent been sick since 2019 at all).
Please get in contact with me, as this is becoming a joke now
