I have still not received any communication from Medihelp accept for an auto response that say they will investigate the matter. It has been almost a month since I have communicated with the company and have not received any response. I am the one that always have to follow up and this is all at my own cost. I think maybe I should take this to the voice newspaper may they will respond.
