Mistake on Plan Interchange

Good day Medihelp

Please is there anyone that can assist me, i made a mistake when changing my plan from med elect to med vital. I wanted to move to MedSaver but unfortunatly on my side i chose the incorrect plan. I tried to change it but it would not let me. I tries e mailing for assistance but to no avail, this was honestly a mistake which i did not forsee, please help me to choose the correct plan which i originally wanted, Med Saver.

Please can someone assist me and help me to change to the plan i originally wanted to join.
