MH***- R1550 paid on specialised radiology confirmed multi PMB Conditions

Maybe I am misinterpreting the PMB Act, based on my knowledge which in my opinion the CMS will support me. I've paid R1550.00 LEVY towards CT ABDO AND PELVIS conclusive confirmation of multi PMB Conditions. I've already forwarded the copy of the report to ********** and enquiries ********** based on these radiologically confirmed PMB conditions, I expect NOT to pay co-payment, as I already paid I expect refund.

Still in hospital going for another MRI LUMBAR SPINE for the same radiology confirmed some of 270 DTP PMB conditions. Once again I am expected to pay R1550.00 . This is to conclusively confirm levels involved on the confirmed Multi level posterior end plates vertebral lesions. The only response I got in this regard is a missed call at 09:14am which only rang 3 times. Surely I'm in hospital and in pain and cannot hurt my back further to jump at any incoming call that rings thrice and drop the call.

I cannot believe that Penelope and Grace are saying I must pay the copay and query the PMB issue later. The attached radiology report done 14 February confirmed DTP PMB conditions. Why must I query later. I will fight this through the media and CMS. This is *********** is compressed fracture, lymphoma in other diseases. Pancreatic abscesses and abdominal lymphadenopathy NOT part of 270 DTP PMB conditions? You've in competent consultants. This is disgusting. First lose R3010.00 then query later, that's your way of treating clients fairly?
