I received the 1st communication from them to tell me that my resignation date will be June 2018 and received a resignation letter with the information. In August they requested contributions again. When i made an enquiry with them about the refund i was told my resignation date will now be changed to July 2018. When i submitted an e-mail to ask why and that i did not use any claims in July and that it was to no benefit to me, i have not received any feedback from them as yet up to date about that and all i want is the contribution for July refunded. I also forwarded an enquiry for claims for my wife in January 2018 and June 2018 for follow up cancer that was paid from my savings and the response was the claims was paid from the correct benefit and it was not PMB benefits nor the mammogram as it was not part of the annual preventative benefit.
