MediHelps' incompetence !!
It sadens me to take time and write this review again. Consumers need to know this. MediHelp was good till around 2023. I have canceled this Membership due to the fact that this medical aid did not work for me anymore. Just cost a lot of money with hardly any benefits. I have canceled Mon, Nov 4, 11:18 PM. Received a cancelation notice twice and confirmed last day was 30/11/2024. Then they debited my account 1/12/2024 and I managed to get that reversed. Today I received a lawyers letter that I owe MediHelp Decembers' contribution! Maybe I should sue MediHelp for arrasing me.
